"It is a marking on your body that won't go away" I said. Hannah has a scar on her leg from the time when she cut herself and has gotten 6 stitches. Ouch!
Today she pointed to her scar and said "Look sister, it is almost done!". I had to tell her that a scar will never go away ;x and she asked, "what is a scar?".
The conversation after that was quite adorable ;3
"I don't like it, my scar. Why won't it go away? It's ugly and when I grow up and have a boyfriend, he won't like it. I will just hide my feet. I won't let him see it"
my reply was "No hannah! Find a guy who will like your scar too. Ohkay?" Thats the simplest way I can put it. Hahaha. But all in all, true love is someone who can love you, inside and out (:
